Trabzon Tour


The settlement is first seen with the Greek name "Saraho" in the records of 1586. According to records, settlements in the first world are after the 1650s. Sultan Murat Yaylasi

Sultan Murat Plateau is a plateau located in the Çaykara district of Trabzon.

Ayder Yaylasi

Ayder is a plateau filled with spruce and beech forests at an altitude of 19 km in the Çamlıhem district of Rize. Living in the 1300s was founded by those living in Hala Valley.

Sumela Monastery

Its current version dates back to the 13th century. There are many rumors about the Sumela Monastery. But the most common rumor is; The Sumela Monastery was founded during the reign of Byzantine Emperor Theodosius I (375-395), by two priests named Sophranios and Barnabas, who came here from Athens.

Akcabaat Sahil

Our district joined the lands of the Ottoman Empire with the conquest of Trabzon by Fatih Sultan Mehmet Khan in 1461. While it was a sub-district in the Ottoman period, the district organization was established in 1897 and Mehmet Ali GORDANOĞLU from Crete was appointed as the first District Governor.
